Here you will find the Philadelphia Defendents's Discovery file(link below) which involved Rymir's paternity issue in Philadelphia that was initiated by his mother in 2010.  This file is being shared because his mother was illegally sanctioned for New Jersey documents being in the public domain when the New Jersey courts along with Defense Attorney Lise Fisher knew that these Philadelphia paternity records were intertwined with the New Jersey paternity records.  

This intertwined of files was done by Defense Attorney Lise Fisher and Attorney James Rocco back in 2012 since the litigations involved two jurisdictions.  These files also include Dauphin County of PA where some of the parties live. The last case in Philadelphia in 2018 combines all the issues from 2010 which was demonstrated in defenses discovery record. 

This Philadelphia record also highlights the first allegations of fraud which was done by Attorney Lise Fisher Hark and her husband Attorney Ned Hark allegedly.  Then Attorney James Rocco who was the Plaintiff's attorney or Rymir's godmom appeared to be colluding with the Harks which was is why the last lawsuit was filed. Specifically, this 2018 Philadelphia case involves switching of a client's name with others.

So, there are multiple layers of allegations of fraud in two jurisdictions.
